Position Requirement The assistant Restaurant manager is expected to have direct involvement with guests and employees. This is a “hands -on” position that requires active, vigorous leadership. Complete monthly outlets meeting and safety inspection reports. Submit to Director of Food and Beverage Ensure compliance with Food and Beverage Policy and Procedures Manual. Participate in all company and franchise training and certification process. Review and follow through on appropriate action bulletin items. Interface with hotel's management team to ensure a teamwork approach. Coordinate the inventory/order of paper supply for all outlets Attend Food and Beverage staff meetings Conduct and monitor a daily pre-shift meeting for all outlets Proactively participate in the Resume meeting, any other hotel training or monthly reviews. Create a PO for all F&B outlets needs based on budget and forecast Plan and execute brunches and special events such as Mother’s day, Easter, Valentine’s Day, etc. Ensure that all food and beverage equipments are operating correctly and, cleaned on daily basis Acknowledgement of all guests within one min.
