THIS VERY SHORT STAY, I STILL CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE HOTEL STAFF OF THE HILTON ALEXANDRIA OLD TOWN. THEIR SERVICE FAR EXCEEDS THAT OF MANY HOTELS THAT I HAVE STAYED IN THROUGHOUT MY YEARS OF TRAVEL. OF SPECIAL NOTE IS THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF TRISHNA AT THE FRONT DESK WHO NOTED MY LATE ARRIVAL AND CALLED TO MAKE SURE MY HOTEL RESERVATION WAS STILL NEEDED FOR MY TRAVEL PLANS. Hello Lindsay,

I just had to email you to thank you for contributing to our special weekend at the Hilton. All of our guests have complimented on how beautiful the wedding was and how it was “the best” wedding people have been to. Believe me that is saying a lot…my parents friends have been to A LOT of weddings. 

From the location, the ceremony, the food, the service… everyone had different things to say about what they liked and how great the Hilton was.  Please pass on our thanks to the guys at check in for accommodating all of our guests and ensuring they all received their out of town gift bags. To the chef, for making incredible appetizers and dinner. If it is possible, the food tasted better that night than at the tasting  To the staff for giving our guests such a wonderful experience… the Buffalo boys have never been treated so well. They always ensured that Brian and I were taken care of. And who could forget the bartenders for working so hard for 5 straight hours and ensuring that glasses were always full.  Everyone felt it the next morning.

And last but not least thanks to you and Amanda for everything you both did that day. You helped create a beautiful ceremony and reception and everything was exactly how I envisioned it….. actually better. We couldn’t have pulled it off without your help. It was a pleasure working with you. We will recommend the Hilton to everyone we know and please pass on our info to any future brides/clients.

I am writing to commend Lindsay and Adrulfo for all their help and coordination during the birthday celebration we hosted for our daughter on Nov. 22 in the Washington-Jefferson rooms.  Lindsay was with me every step of the way with all the planning and Adrulfo coordinated all the food during the party.  Everyone had a wonderful time at the party and we appreciate everything that both Lindsay and Adrulfo did to make the evening a complete success.  Thanks also to Tony Chung for overseeing the audio equipment and helping our DJ and to the entire Hilton staff.  We couldn't be more pleased and will recommend the Hilton Alexandria Old Town to all our friends!
